What an amazing place friendly staff and the customers are down to earth. Genuinely love this place

Waiter was superb,food was excellent & well presented bill for what we got was very good def go back to this place

Superb!!! Had dinner in here, 2 starters prawn cocktail and chicken pakora... outstanding!!! Then red Thai curry and steak and ale pie...amazing!! Thoroughly enjoyed it and at a great price...served very quickly Nd staff were nice enough... definitely go back!

My new wife and I had our wedding reception here yesterday. The meals were beautiful, the hall was decorated beautifully and we were so pleased with the professional staff. All of the staff were fantastic, however pauline was absolutely outstanding! What a credit to your hotel this woman is... nothing was too much hassle and she made sure our day was special! Our guests commented on a number of ocassions how great a night they had! I would highly recommend this venue to anyone! Thank you again from two very happy brides! �xxx

Iv twice tried to send good reveiw its not getting through The Johannesen Family had a brklliant day for our mas 80th The waiter was superb sith the service keeping us all happy.Ma had a ball so big Thank you to staff at the Fullerton.��

I think it's the most buittifùll meal you can have àt price they charge and the çompany I was with made my ďay f lovely

I have been there twice after a funeral there stake pie is just amazing the meat soft and there lentil soup well best I have tasted yet . shame I don't stay local or I defenetly would be there alot �

Had our engagement party here last night...great venue, Fantastic friendly staff and delicious in house buffet.

Would like to thank all the staff for all their hard work.

Would definitely recommend.

Had my daughters 18th birthday party in the hotel, it was a fantastic night couldn't have asked for better service from the staff. Dj was included with the party and must say knew the right music to play as everyone danced all night. .

Food was done from the hotel also we chose to have the Indian dishes and it was lovely so all round everyone had a fantastic night ! Would highly recommend and will use again in future .

Had a nice lunch yesterday. Portion sizes were good, cheesecake was amazing & the price was spot on. I’ll be back!

Had a great time here my Niece and her husdand had their reception here the food was great the waiting staff were fast and polite the bar staff were friendly and cheerful the toilets were spotless and we all had a great night thank you to all the staff at the Fullarton Park well done all

We stayed here on Friday. The rooms were clean and staff were friendly and very helpful with telling us how to get to/from Hampden and they gave us a number for private hire cabs which were a lot cheaper than normal taxis. The downside was that the toilet door in our room was jammed when we arrived, we informed the bar staff and they took our key to get the problem fixed. We arrived back to our room late and the door seemed to be fine. In the morning my friend used the bathroom, the door jammed again and she was stuck inside! After a wee while of trying to prise the door open the staff eventually had to kick it in. We were offered a complementary breakfast for the inconvenience but were short of time as we had tickets for our train booked so couldn’t take it. I then received an email this morning that stated we did not turn up for our room reservation, so I am now having to sort that out so I am not charged twice for our room... rooms were great but everything else seems a little disorganised

Go here often with my parents & daughter for lunch. It's always been lovely. Went in again yesterday with my friend. She ordered the Macaroni and cheese. When it arrived we were both very disappointed with it. It was like soup with pasta in it. I asked for it to be changed for her & it wasn't a problem for the chap who was serving us, who was very nice to us. She then had a burger which was lovely. I myself got the steak pie. Very nice tasted but very disappointed in the portion sizes. Need to have a wee review of things guys. You will end up losing valuable customers. Good place getting complacent.

Was there last night for my mother & father in-laws 50th wedding anniversary dinner was really looking forward to a steak but when ordinating starter was told there was no beef at all zero l mean it’s not the first time we have been but no steak at all really poor then my partners meal got sent back twice he ended up having no main meal plus also heard the staff talking about his complaint as far as l know everyone else enjoyed food l believe there was a deduction on desert for the inconvenience of returned meal thanks. Also music is very loud from the bar if you have a large party/group l would suggest keeping them Away from doors leading into pub.

staff are horrendous!!!!! the bar staff and bouncers were so rude if they hate their job so much they need to find new ones! bouncers were constantly harassing people all night for no reason at all, then at the end of the night everyone was walking out whilst the staff shouted and swore "fucking idiots get out now" physically pushing people out the door! there's only so fast people can walk everyone's going to leave there's no need to be so aggressive!!!

Went to my uncle's 50th on Saturday my phone got stolen Dj wouldn't turn must down to make an announcement had to wait till today for manager to check cctv don't even think it was done staff hung up phone on we countless times while trying to see if it was handed in staff are terrible bouncer wouldn't even let my cousin at 15 back in to the party had to walk home alone after 12 o'clock himself wouldn't recommend this place to anyone all time I've been phoning still didn't get to speak to the manager really poor service

I’m writing this review after having visited the hotel handed in my number and asked for the owner to ring me obviously he has lost the note as no call. Im really not sure where to start so here goes, 19 in our party arrived to be told no table service but she (Pauline) would arrange someone to take the first order they did just forgot to bring glasses with most of it. Two eleven year olds in the party told they had to pay full price £55 no less, got the good old chicken nuggets for their Xmas dinner with a that’s it attitude from her(Pauline), at the bar no trays glasses ice and the cheapest Rose wine they could find, staff very rude during service with aye auh right it’s comn when pointed out we are short of six meals here. Thought we’ll just get threw this and go home and drink our own drink out of glasses till Pauline takes a seat beside me to say we owed her money, after I politely pointed out we had paid in full 4 weeks prior and she actually owed me money unless the chicken nuggets were gold nuggets. She scuttled away with I’ll see what I can do to avoid us for the rest of the time we were there. I can’t even start on the entertainment!!!! £1045 that cost us.���

Staff ok. Stayed here overnight on business, never again. Food poor and the restaurant shut at 8pm! Bedroom - no hot water! TV - lucky to get a signal! Breakfast included in the deal - however continental the only option!

Went to pay final bill minus deposit.

I was interrupted in conversation with 'Jesh' on the phone. He told me he hadn't taken deposit and card details were written down in his office. Told me to go & check my credit card statement-when we had just buried my Dad.

Guests advised beer was rotten & pushed out the door.

Absolute disgrace. Would NEVER recommend this for a function.
