Used this company twice now. Great service, furniture delivered a couple of days later. Great value. Found the same daybed online from Dunelm and John Lewis £240 more expensive.

Ordered the Allander garden bench and arrived the day before i expected it. Great quality and price would shop here again .

Total con man!!!
I order a child's car off his ebay shop he specified it would be here on the 11th August so I took the day off and sat in ALL day and it never turned up!
I had previously asked for tracking details but was ignored
He said he would call me on 13th to sort it out but I informed him j would be about all day and wouldn't be able to answer the phone ( I was out for my sons birthday which had to be an extra special day out considered his birthday present never arrived)
Once I managed to get hold of him my signal was limited and the man spent more time telling me he couldn't hear me than anything else. When I apologised that I hadn't answered the phone because I was driving he called me a liar and didn't believe I had been I n the car all morning ( 3 hour drive away)
He claimed that item had 2 failed delivery attempts but he wasn't dealing with it it was my fault!!
I asked him for a refund instead!
Once I got home I opened an ebay dispute to protect myself and the minute I did this he was quick with communication ( although not that help ful more claims I was a liar!!!) and he showed tracking information ( asked for 4 days prior) which showed the failed delivery attempts were not on the 11th at all it was on 9th and 10th!! I was never informed it may be earlier and I was never contacted when these failed attempts happened apparently it is my fault I actually have a life and can't stay in 24 hours a day, even though I have black and white proof of the date being the 11th!! He gave me partial refund but is trying to charge me £20 for delivery attempts even tho delivery is stated at free and I wasn't provided tracking details the minute this item was sent and wasn't informed it may be a different date
eBay are now escalating the situation as I have told them of other people's reviews on here!!

Ordered garden furniture for mother in law and got order confirmation email. After a month of no further communication I rang them and the bloke said he would have to find the order. Promised me a call next day but it didn't happen - when I chased he said he was still trying to find the order. Emailed on third day and got response they were still trying to find the order. Finally after chasing on 4th day the bloke said the order was out of stock so could only offer a refund. Said refund would take further 4 days! Total shambles and should be avoided.

After reading other reviews I disputed transaction for immediate refund as they seem to have a habit of not providing refunds all that quickly.

Ordered the Costa Rica Rattan Corner Sofa from Furniture Alfresco. After a few weeks I was advised that this range was not in stock. As a gesture of good will and to fulfil the order ASAP Furniture Alfresco offered me an upgrade free of charge!! The furniture was delivered the very next day and looks fantastic!! Very pleased!! Thank you

We ordered outdoor furniture to be delivered to Rep of Ireland in 24 April 2016. Could not deliver. Asked for refund and eventually did get it plus £50 for our trouble. I'm raising my rating to 3 stars.
