My units got delivered and assembled on Thursday my friend noticed 1 was not done correctly on Friday got in contact with them and problem was resolved on Monday top class service.

I received my new bed today really pleased with it although it's not in my bedroom yet but looking at it it looks lovely .will definatly but another bed for spare bedroom .

Had a slight mix up with my order but rectified it straight away and cant believe the quality of the bed for the price. Great service and friendly staff. Will definitely yous this place again.

Got my new bed delivered on Monday 27/6/16 and I love it. The orthopedic matress is exactly what I needed and I haven't slept as well in years. I no longer have to uncurl myself when I get out of bed. The bed is nice and high so no more bending down to make it. Extremely happy and would recommend to anyone....

Got my 2 daughters the double crushed velvet Swan beds one in silver & one in black. They are over the moon with them. Got the phone call when they would be delivered. The beds were easy to put together. And my daughters are over the moon with them. I would highly recommend getting beds from here.

Excellent service. Highly recommended. Delivery team carried bed up to a top flat without any complaints. Asked delivery team if they needed help and they told me not to worry they would take care of it. Other delivery companys could learn alot from this company. Extremely fast shipping aswell and within minutes of the delivery time.

Everyone I dealt with was first class! Slight hick up with headboard but got a temp one delivered & other one delivered the following week. Would def recommend

Booked via Facebook soo simple and easy, phoned the morning of the delivery with an estimated time my bed was arriving and was spot on. The guys put it in the room I wanted. Bed itself was easy to assemble and seems sturdy mattress also very good quality. Would definitely recommend furniture Scotland

I ordered my new black leather divan double bed with a diamond head bored it is easy to build up but u don't have an instructions I've had the best night sleeps I've had in ages but cause the mattress I got with it was really big u can't see some of the diamonds great for money the will order again

HONEST REVIEW! I got a call to tell me roughly when the bed was arriving which was great, the delivery guys couldn't really speak English, so was a bit hard communicating with them and they didn't ask where I wanted the bed and dumped it in my hallway. I got two head board bases but we swapped the screws around and it worked out okay. The best thing was the mattress, absolutely amazing, I can't complain cause I feel the mattress should have been a lot more expensive than what I paid for the whole thing. I got what I asked for and at a decent price. Maybe just work on customer service slightly. I would recommend, thank you!

Got a new bed from this place on saturday and if i do say so that they are the worst place to order from.....the mattress was wet n smelt of dampness they sent wrong base and drawer was broke told them if they didn't send new one or refund us i was going to the paper but then again i would advise ppl not to order from this place as they are robbing bastards
