I teach Pilates classes in a variety of locations across Edinburgh and have opened my own studio at Hunter's Tryst for 1: 1 or 1: 2 mat-based classes using a range of different equipment, including pilates toning rings, stability rollers, flexi-bands, weights and chi balls. Classes are also available using the Aerodynamic Pilates Reformer which complements mat-based work and increases flexiblity, tone and strength to create a long and supple body.
