Welcome to Future Fitness Gym + Martials Arts, the best training gym in Glasgow's southside. Based in the heart of Shawlands we are a friendly local gym and pride ourselves on our customer service, willingness to help, good atmosphere and community spirit.

Future Fitness is an established local gym with cardio and weights zones including Cybex Eagle line, Reebok resistance equipment and Precor EFX trainers. We have a variety of fitness studio classes including Spin®, Circuits, Yoga, Ladies Lifting and Bootcamp.

Home to Future Fitness Martial Arts, a purpose built Mixed Martial Arts Studio (MMA) We have daily clases including Muay Thai, BJJ, Boxing and Strength and conditioning classes. This studio is also available for use when we have no classes on.

We have a Sauna and Steam room available and supply Spartan, Nutramino and Extreme Nutrition supplements, branded clothing and training accessories and pre workouts for your training or a tea and coffee for relaxation afterwards.
