5 stars for stuart and his team. They put an extension on the side of my house and tiled my full roof. I got 3 quotes and stuarts price was the cheapest and we are delighted with the work thats been carried out.

I invited Fuzion for a quotation for our new project of building a conservatory. We (me and my wife) met with Stuart (the boss) and his team and the initial discussion with them was straightforward and clear. The striking difference from other big companies that they did not apply any tedious or any dubious selling technique. There was no pressure of any kind on us to buy anything from them. We discussed the project directly with the boss (Stuart), who is the very man who built the conservatory frame by himself. He told us immediately that he could deliver any brand of whatever components of the conservatory (the roof system, type of roof glass, window glass, door type etc.) that we wanted to install in our project from any known manufacturer in the UK, which he managed to deliver exactly that later on. We wanted to have few meetings with him, prior to signing the contract. He made himself available for us whenever date we chose. We agreed with them down to the small details and they were happy to accommodate all of them. The final quotation was very competitive, if not the best.

Upon the commencement of the project, they were excellent in keeping us informed in every step of the way, and they were very punctual in their timing and appointments. If they say that they are coming at 8 o’clock next morning, we found them exactly at 8 o’clock in front of our house. If he could not make her appointment, we did receive a courtesy call from him to let us know.

Just like any building process, there have been some up’s and down’s. Another good thing about Stuart that if he faces any challenges or difficulties, he dose not try to run away from it, but in fact he tries to find a solution for it without any hassle for us. Stuart has been very polite and courteous to us and he was trying hard to accommodate our hectic working schedule. They were always trying to leave the building site as clean and as tidy as possible to minimise any interruption to our life.

At the end we have our conservatory and it looks great. I hope for Stuart and his company more success and many thanks for them.

We had 10 tilt and turn double glazed windows and a new front and back door fitted by Stuart and Peter. They did a fantastic job for a very competitive price. They completed the job within 2 days, tidied up after themselves and completed the job to a high standard and replied to email queries within an hour or so. Their after sales service was also 1st class, a few small issues (not their work) which they replaced within a week with no fuss. We would definitely recommend them to anyone and if we decide to get our conservatory, porch or loft conversion, we would get in touch.

After numerours quotes from various companies for a conservatory we chose Fuzion because they were extremely friendly & helpful, matched with a competative price.
