Love game staff will always help even if you don’t need it they will still help

An absolute bunch of crooks..

Daughter went in to sell them her i phone 6 as she got a new phone.

The phone had a very very small crack in the corner and they offered her £120 but if she got it fixed they would give her £195.

She got it fixed at a cost of £40 and took it back to them.

They asked her to leave it with them for 10 mins for them to check it out and when she returned they said her battery was goosed and could only give her £80.

She told them to stuff it and went to another shop who said that game are notorious for this.

They said there was absolutely nothing wrong with the battery and gave her £165 for the phone.

Great staff with good knowledge overshadowed by extremely overpriced games.want to know nearly anything on games and hardware ask for kenny or moe,both avid gamers.
EDIT. Games prices have been coming more competitive and have some(at times) good deals.

Bought 2nd hand Skylanders from here today. They were all mixed through and were unpriced. They were also buy one, get one free. My son picked out a selection of them and I asked for the prices. The guy gave me the total price, but was evasive about giving the individual prices. I paid, then on the receipt saw that it had just given the cheap ones as free, so cost me substantially more than if put through as the most expensive ones together. I queried it, and the guy just said that was how the system did it. However had he given me the individual prices I would put them through separately. As we were the only people in the shop it was not as if he was run off his feet.

Definitely won't be back.

Great Staff, friendly and know there games. But overshadowed by the prices which are far too high.

i love game, staff are always friendly and willing to help and they dont get annoyed when my son tries to play with the skylander figures
