Phoned and went through options to wait few minutes then have the phone put down on me

Old building but good staff

would give 0 if it was possible, always a queue, uninterested staff, i had a something for you card through the door, went to collect it to be told they could not find my item..then was told they would contact me the next day which they did not.. i went back over to be told a pack of lies as it did not add up and was told my only option was to contact customer service, shocking and very bad service.

Shocking service! At the moment I'm making an official complaint at them.
