We've been doing some fundraising recently, including a Raffle. Thanks to those who have contributed prizes and have already bought tickets. We've not sold that many tickets so far, so won't be drawing the raffle this week as we had hoped! We will carry the raffle forward into January. So, still plenty of time to win a prize! There are some lovely prizes too! Vouchers ( massage, hairdressing, shopping, podiatry), boxes of biscuits, wine and fizz, games, books, jewellery, ...candles, toiletries and more! Proceeds to help replace some well loved toys in the middle room! We are open till Friday this week and then closed until Thursday 3rd January.

NEWS AND UPDATES FOLKS 😊 -OUR TOMBOLA is now going in the playrooms. (see earlier post) Instant prizes, 5 tickets for £1.00! You can still bring prizes to add to it and the Raffle, which we start selling tickets for next week £1.00 per ticket. -The week after (10th - 14th Dec) we are going to try a BAKE SALE! So get your mixing bowl out and whip up some treats to sell at the playrooms 🧁🍪😁. If you are going to bring baking, please speak to Theresa or Christine (or PM on here...) when you are thinking of bringing it, so we can coordinate. No use if it all turned up on the Friday! DON'T FORGET to bring a wee bit of extra cash with you over the next few weeks for tickets and treats! -EXTRA SPECIAL GOOD NEWS 😀😀😀 We recently received a grant from Local Area Grant body for upgrading the First room. Library furniture, tables and chairs! Woo Hoo! You may have already seen some boxes arriving! More to come soon! Anyway, we need to get rid of (ie pass them on to re-use!) the old table and chairs, soon so we can get everything installed! If anyone would like any for a play table/arts and craft table, or any of the wee chairs, please let us know as soon as possible! Or if you know of a group or situation that could use them! -HOLIDAY DATES - Last day before the holidays is Friday 21st and then we open again on Thursday 3rd Jan.

Hello everyone! Fundraising to replace/upgrade some toys. We are still looking for donations of raffle/tombola prizes. If you've got something nice you could bring in, please do. Christmas items, unwanted birthday gifts, food items (non perishable). Do you have a service you could offer as a prize voucher? Haircut, manicure, pedicure, massage etc. If you have something, please bring it in next visit. Speak to Theresa or Christine when you are in. Raffle should be in early December. Halloween is DRESS UP DAY at the Playrooms! Don't forget your costume if you are coming on Wednesday 31st October :) Usual Playrooms' fun with some extra arts n crafts and maybe a wee treat to take home : )

The playrooms is looking to do some fundraising to replace some toys and equipment and we need your help!
Do you have any good quality, unused items, unwanted gifts perhaps, that you would donate to our raffle and tombola?
This week, you'll find a box in the playrooms where you can donate items which will be used as prizes. We will be releasing information about our raffle shortly so keep an eye on our page. Many thanks.

What a great place gave this 5* yesterday..went back today and I would highly recommend it.

Visited the playrooms for the first time today with my 22 month old son. He had an absolute ball! The facilities are fantastic and there is such a relaxed atmosphere. Christine was welcoming and friendly and made a new experience (which is usually scary for me) very enjoyable. Can’t wait to come back!

Took my 20 month old son today. Loads to do defo enough to keep my son entertained for a few hours. Other parents where also friendly will defo be making it a weekly thing with my boys

Took my 2 yr old for the first time today and he had a ball great variety of toys and things for them to use there imagination my son was crying when we left he wanted to stay.

Think this place is fantastic. It's got so much for the kids! Soft play, painting, dress up, reading corner, jigsaws, cars, building blocks. Absolutely amazing.

Superb place. My wee boy loves it. Plenty of variety across the three rooms.

Our four year old and one year old granddaughters loved it. Lots to do for both girls. Well organised and friendly. Will be back.

My 16 month old loves the playrooms and there are plenty of toys to keep him amused for a few hours! Great for letting them burn off some energy ��

Me and my 2 LOVE the playrooms! It has been a lifeline to me on many a cold rainy Glasgow day - a place where we can go and play and meet other mums, dads, grannies, grandpas, nannies, minders, and carers and not have to spend a small fortune in the process!

I took my 1 year old son here today and it was fantasist. No fuss at all. Not only did he love but I did also. Lots of stuff to do and people to talk to. Massive soft play that is not to bombarded with kids. I love this playrooms and will be going again, and again and again. I recommend this highly even just to get out the house and have a chat!

I love the playrooms my little boy went several times a week from his first visit at 9 months till he started school at 5 and for all the play stages he went through he was always entertained and loved going back. The atmosphere is great, so it's a great way to make new friends, the prices are great considering what u would pay just for a soft play let alone the toys room and arts and crafts. U can take your own snacks in too which is a big money saving bonus :)

The fact my little one in now in p2 means I hadn't been in a while but now my friends little one is getting a little bit bigger I was straight back there showing her the place and it's just as great as it has always been :D oh and it's also got a great location as it's less than a 10 minute walk from top of town or 3 stops on the 75/7 bus from the savoy centre.

First visit today. Great facility, wide selection of toys to suit all age ranges. The place is immaculate. Such a nice change from regular soft play. Well done to all involved x
