Gastrogrilla Description
GastroGrilla has been rattling around in my head since 2006. I have over 15 years of experience as a trained chef as well as front of house experience culminating in a degree in Ecotourism in 2006 and I’m extremely excited at the prospect of exploring new culinary frontiers. Good grub doesn’t necessarily need to be served by a waiter in a fancy restaurant!
Our goal is to provide both a superior customer experience and tremendous value for our customers; not to mention putting a smile on your face! ! Food needs to be yummy, fun and shared, so that’s what we plan to do.
Over the coming years, we will expand the boundaries and perceptions of ‘the humble burger van’, serving Gastro food where we can, but ultimately, providing a unique, bespoke service to our customers, our friends.
As well as my humble weekly pitch, GastroGrilla is available for events, festivals, corporate days and special occasions.

Many of you will know that my Dad has been poorly these last few months. He passed away on Sunday while i was at Wildhood Festival. I didn't rush to his bedside. I stayed and done what i do best. I flipped burgers and had fun in the sun serving my lovely customers and watching kids enjoying life. It's what he wanted. He's at peace now. Rest easy Charlie Bhoy.....💚
