Independent, local and friendly used car sales owned and run by Adrian Armstrong. Specialising in sourcing quality vehicles to order for corporate and private buyers. Named after the company owner's father, Gus Armstrong, who has over four decades of experience in the trade. Gus is a Fellow and former board member of the Institute of the Motor Industry, and the former chairman of the Edinburgh branch of the Scottish Motor Trade Association. Gus established and ran the G D Armstrong Vehicle Repair Centre in Edinburgh, which had a widespread reputation for excellence. In 2002, Gus sold the business and semi-retired from the trade. Gus continues his involvement with the trade by sourcing and selling a small number of quality used cars each week and works as a consultant to GD Armstrong of Edinburgh.
