Established in March 2000 Geraldo's is Ayrshire's first and only 5-Star Tourist Shop awarded by Visit Scotland in 2019. We specialise in our own artisan, award-winning ice cream freshly made on the premises at the rear of the shop which is prominently located in Main Street near the CalMac Millport ferry terminal. We work directly with 6 chocolate houses in Scotland, England, Belgium and the Netherlands who supply us with a range of over 100 carefully chosen handmade chocolates giving our customers the 'best of the best' from each chocolatier with seasonal selections specially chosen by the Geraldo's Team. With a premises license to sell alcohol, we stock over 80 craft Scottish gins as well as a choice range of single malt whiskies from independant distilleries and bottlers such as Springbank, Arran, Tullibardine, Glenogyne and Morrison & Mackay. In addition, we feature unusual liqueurs, Scottish rum, a small selection of wines, fizz and cognac. Our weekly in store table top tastings are hugely popular featuring producers across the board representing gin, whisky, rum, wine and liqueurs with a monthly programme of Whisky Masterclasses for our growing Whisky Club. Throughout the year our gift selection varies from season to season and Geraldo's is a must visit destination, particularly at Christmas.
