Get Down Dog (Permanently Closed)

Completed a 8 week course earlier this year I absolutely loved it! I'd seen flyers and been curious to try aerial yoga but had been a bit apprehensive about spending the money but when I saw they had a deal on (and it was right around the corner from my work) I totally snapped it up.

James is super laid back and totally puts you at ease, not that I was overly apprehensive. The space is a little small and I think a couple of the girls bumped into each other during one of the exercises.

Quite a few interesting variations on traditional yoga poses.. having the support of the hammock really helps to open up some stretches which I struggle with on the mat and being able to hang out upside down without the strain of head or shoulder stand was definitely a highlight!
