Fitted full new ensuite in West Calder we lowered the tray to the floor and fitted two cubbie holes with led lights that come on with the under unit sink lights, wall hung toilet with chrome push buttons also fitted. The led mirror also has a demister and Bluetooth connectivity, all finished with porcelain tiles .. hope you like it ... G

We were asked to work away this week in a flat in Ayr for a customer/family we’ve done previous bathrooms locally for. So we removed a tired and dated bathroom and upgraded to this new modern bathroom with a few GHL tweaks including a custom made cubbie with low voltage led light, wall hung sink storage unit and another tall storage wall hung unit. The 60x30cm tiles run from the floor up all walls with matching grout lines.... hope you like it..... G

We removed a tired bathroom and replaced it with this new modern shower room ... 1700x700 low profile tray was installed with three cubbie holes, wall hung sink and toilet fitted, along with chrome towel warmer and a twin outlet thermostatic shower. Large format ceramic brick bond wall tiles fitted and a mosaic floor tile were also fitted all finished off with a upvc ceiling and 4 bathroom spot lights. I hope you like the results...

Turned a bathroom into this shower room added fitted furniture with counter top basin and back to wall toilet, added a couple of cubbies in the shower with LED lights, fully tiled and fitted with a double outlet shower, we fitted a LED mirror with build in shaver socket all ware and tiles supplied by livingston tiles ....... hope you like it.... An ensuite we done in livingston, we removed a hall cupboard to increase the size of the shower, fitted a small towel warmer to the end of the shower and also added a large rainforest shower with a separate hand held shower. We fitted in a full wall/partition to disguise some pipe work and and three cubbies with LED lights, free standing furniture with semi-recessed sink and back to wall toilet. Tiles and ware were supplied by livingston tiles .... hope you like the results ... G

A recently completed bathroom for a client in west calder, we carried out extensive plumbing and electrical work due to the age of the property, the client chose a bathroom style that kept with the period of the house. Walls are tiles with metro tiles and a patterned floor tile. A very labour intensive job but ourselves and the client could by more pleased with the outcome... hope you like it also... G

Upgraded a bathroom in edinburgh for a lovely young family, they wanted to keep the shower but just wanted to modernise things so tiled walls and floor and inlaid a mirror with mosaics around it. Counter top sink gives the room a modern look and we also fitted wall hung toilet to add that little bit extra. We stripped this tired bathroom and gave it a revamp, we had to upgrade a lot of the plumbing due to a mains pressure boiler added previously, new suite and modern tiling fitted, hope you like it....

Bathroom revamp, we fully stripped the original bathroom and fitted a new modern suite installed new porcelain tiles to walls and floor and finished with a flat pvc ceiling and bathroom spotlights, ware and tiles supplied by livingston tiles..

Black slate floor fitted in kitchen and utility room this week and added underfloor heating with a self levelling screed a lot of work but great results for a natural stone floor ... G

Our latest job a 75 meter sandstone natural tile, bit of a problematic job due to unstable floor we fitted a construction board to original floor, fitted underfoor heating with three digital thermostats so each area could be controlled independently, fitted a self levelling screed then a anti fracture mat before fitting the tiles supplied by #Livingston tiles customer asked us to continue through into there wet room shower area as you can see. Client delighted with the results hope you like it ... G

Just finished a job for a lovely lady this week, she asked us to turn her bathroom into a stylish walk in shower that has a modern look and feel, but makes things a bit more easier for someone who is enjoying retirement , we fitted wall to wetroom floor Tiling, black sparkle Altro flooring, level access floor forming shower tray, shower seat and comfort height toilet, we finished with pvc ceiling and bathroom led lights. In some of the pictures you may see that we uncovered the floor joists had been cut (for some unknown reason)for a previous job and had left the floor in a dangerous and unsafe way so we renewed all floor joists and new chipboard flooring... hope you like the results .... We upgraded this bathroom for a young couple in there new Home, they wanted a modern bathroom and between us I think we delivered, porcelain grey tiles, gloss white furniture and wood affect waterproof flooring was fitted as standard but to modernise this room we fitted a no tap bath that is controlled with the the wall mounted shower valve (this means your wall mounted shower valve controls you bath, ceiling shower and your wall mounted shower) and to finish things off we fitted ceiling speakers that are connected vie Bluetooth for a chilled bath or shower time ... hope you like the transformation.... Another revamp to change a bathroom into a shower room fitted new sink and toilet vanity, new shower tray and screen also supplied and fitted.. we tiled the full room with a 60x30 porcelain tile finish with chrome trims. We also fitted a pvc ceiling with spot lights ... hope you like the results ...

Changed a bathroom into a shower room with wall hung toilet and sink, fitted porcelain tiles to all walls with a glass mosaic borders each side of towel warmer, we fitted a new shower valve with a rain forest shower head and finished ceiling with pvc panelling and floor with waterproof click flooring... hope you like it ....

Bathroom Victorian floor we done done for a regular customer we also gave it a modern feel with under floor heating hope you like it ....tiles were supplied by Livingston Tiles & Bathrooms

We fully stripped this bathroom and refitted it to our clients needs, a low profile shower tray to allow for easy access with a fixed head shower at high level with a diverted valve allowing you to also have a adjustable shower for children. Spa bath to allow adults there own time all finished with natural wood and stone affect tiles. Very happy with the outcome of this bathroom hope you like it too.
