We specialise in authentic sourdough wood fired pizza, made according to the original Neapolitan tradition and as well as traditional Italian pasta dishes, made by following the recipes invented by our mums and grandmothers in Italy. We own a portable wood fired oven trailer, boasting the highest specifications. Our oven reaches the perfect temperature of 500 degrees and cooks the perfect pizza in only 90 seconds. Our pasta dishes are made by using a mobile gas hob and are all prepared on site. Our set up is ideal for outdoor charity events, wedding receptions, private parties, corporate events, trade shows and all special occasions worth celebrating. We are based in Edinburgh and we operate throughout Scotland - we are always happy to travel to wherever you may need. The way we work is also simple. We believe in the human touch, always prioritising your requirements, providing our suggestions and agreeing on a plan together. On the day of the event we arrive in advance, set up our area including our bespoke gazebo, light the woodfire oven and we're ready to go.
