We will taking the Ride On Land Rover Defender child's toy with us to @defenderjam this weekend.
This little Land Rover sores over its competitors (in the world of 12v ride on toys) as it is well equipped with features such as EVA wheels for reduced 'road noise', shock absorbers, working LED lights & leather seat. It even has a radio which allows AUX, SD cards & Bluetooth connectivity. It also has a remote control handset so the parents can take Control of the journey.It is suitable for children from ages 3 to 8.
We only have ONE in stock and it will be with us pre-charged & fully assembled at a special show price of only £230.00 including vat! @ Gibsons Auto Services

Defender Jam is an annual family festival set in the stunning backdrop of Monachyle Mhor, Balquhidder, near Callander. The idea behind this is to bring together like-minded people who like Land Rovers, good food and drink and a fun and sociable day that the whole family will enjoy.
We will have a prize raffle to win a deluxe L.E.D light kit as 1st prize. Terrafirma Tow rope & shackle as 2nd p...rize. A set of Bearmach shock absorbers as our 3rd prize.

If you all remember the little blue Series Land Rover we posted the other day broken down right before a wedding service? This was it fixed just in time and carrying the bride & groom. The Landy's certainly looking good Steven!

One of our owners Ross will be taking his ex UPS converted motorhome around the North Coast 500 over the next week. If you see him why not stop and say hello or take some photos and send them to the page.
The Mercedes Sprinter has been professionally converted to a motorhome by Vanconvert in Kilmarnock & over the past year Ross has carried out extensive changes to the exterior styling of the van. Only yesterday had the company livery applied by John Imrie Signs.

This little Series 3 belongs to a good customer of ours, it was recovered in on an ASAP recovery service due to no drive. The Ol Landy was due to be a wedding car on the Saturday a day later. We brought the vehicle into the workshop & found the clutch slave cylinder leaking fluid. We replaced the part with an aftermarket OEM quality slave then roadtested. What a view! And better yet it's still going to its wedding on Saturday 😏 @ Gibsons Auto Services

Not every day you see vehicles like this, a very unique but well kitted out Defender 110 which one of the last vehicles to come off the assembly line before end of production.
Our customer had picked up his vehicle in Germany and drove it here where it was fitted an Ashcroft locking rear differential. While on the ramp it was also fitted with a new rear axle seal.
The brakes on his trailer had seen better days after we replaced brake shoes & electromagnets it was working perf...ectly.
The vehicle will now be on its way around the Highlands before going on an expedition trip to Iceland. We wish him all the best on his travels ⛰ 🚗⛰ ⛰

Defender Jam is an annual family festival set in the stunning backdrop of Monachyle Mhor, Balquhidder, near Callander. The idea behind this is to bring together like-minded people who like Land Rovers, good food and drink and a fun and sociable day that the whole family will enjoy.
This is a relaxed jam to bring together fans of Land Rover. Whether you are an avid collector and enthusiast, or you use one for – work/off-roading/greenlaning/fishing/fami ly bus/or just like them, there will be something here for you. There are no competition or rosettes, but is a fun, sociable day for people with a common interest relaxing against the back drop of Monachyle Mhor, a luxury boutique hotel which is ideally located roughly an hour and a half away from Glasgow and Edinburgh in beautiful surroundings.
Defender Jam 2017 was loads of fun. We had classic Series 1, 2 and 3, 101s, 90s, 110s, Discos 1-5, Freelanders, Range Rovers, Evoque, RRC, G4, Range Rover Sports, Cuthbertson recreation from Lix Toll, Towtruck, Fire Engine, Ambulance, right up to modern day tuned vehicles from Bespoke, Twisted Automotive, Bowler Motorsport and a couple of Adventures.
There were Scotland’s top specialists Gibsons Auto Services, 4×4 Hire Scotland, Strathearn Engineering, Engine 710, 4×4 Overlander, Amazing Days, Lix Toll and more. There was Barbour, The North Face clothing and more from CCW, lovely brisket meat served from the 130 smoker of Fox Hat Food Company, great coffee served from Bonnie Mountain Coffee’s 110, Guerilla Cast and Piste, Treehouse Tech, MacLeod Lettings, Handsome Jacks barbers cutting hair on the back of a cattle wagon, and so much more, including live music, DJs – Normski, Joshua, Mash, Attic Room Sessions with Jay Gunning and live music from The Weegie Beats, bouncy castle, mini Land Rovers, auto jumble, green lane track, art, merchandise, clothes, stalls, good food and drink, and amazing company, all with the stunning backdrop of Monachyle Mhor.
You can book a camping spot or just turn up on the day. This is NOT just for owners, but a family day for fans.
PS. It is not essential to be driving a Land Rover!
Please note – We are dog and child friendly!
There will be a late breakfast barbeque for those who stayed over, whether that be in Monachyle Mhor, camping, or nearby sister motel Mhor 84.

Thanks for servicing, mot, tyres, diagnostic work and all the other little jobs you did.

Keep up the excellent work. I've recommended them to other friends and they also have been extremely happy with the customer service and high standard of workmanship.

Our defender was recently delivered to us with a new galvanised Chassis fitted by Gibson’s. We are over the moon with the job, it’s been excellent and can’t find fault. Feels like they’ve gone the extra mile. Their communication was great throughout, thanks so much for all your help and professionalism.

Put my classic in for a sympathetic refurb, first bill was £3000, I wasnt happy with that but paid £1000 as a gesture of goodwill, Admittedly they couldnt get hold of me apart from coming to my house but they then dumped my car on the A71 where it was then stolen from, no fault on their part apparently, had spent in excess of £5000 with them previously on other vehicles. I admit my shortcomings in the affair however their customer service is ZERO. In my oipinion do niot use them
