Covid 19 update...
After listening to latest news last night we have decided for the welfare of our family, colleagues and customers that we will shut up shop for the time being until instructed to do otherwise. Thank you to our loyal customers for understanding. And we look forward to seeing you all on the other side. We would also like to thank all the NHS, police, firefighters and all essential staff who have no choice but to go to work and leave the families to keep this ...country running.

We were asked if it was possible to form an en-suite and wardobe in a bedroom. After discussing a few options we decided on 3/4 height instead of full height, this allowed the beautiful, original cornicing to remain untouched with the option of lighting being fitted on top to highlight it further. 6 panel pine doors and traditional box skirting and facings were used to compliment the rest of the house. I think you will agree that we all wish we could have a bedroom as lovely as this one.

We were recently involved in bringing a new restaurant to Dunfermline. Jack o Bryans will make a great addition to the town, located down by the Glen gates on Chalmers street. As you can see from the pictures the building now looks amazing! Book your table now to try their fantastic food and see our handy work.

We would like to take this time to wish everyone a happy New year. Woody our mascot is clearly done with 2018 after having surgery on his knee. Thank you all for your continued support, and looking forward to another busy year.

We were recently asked to install a kitchen for a customer. Once the room was stripped we discovered the chipboard flooring had been damaged from a previous leak. The old floor was removed, new chipboard flooring installed and then laminate was layed to finish off the newly fitted kitchen, let me know what you think? If you would like a new kitchen in 2019 please don't hesitate to get in touch

We have been very busy this year and wanted to share one of the projects we carried out. On top of building this extension with 4 velux windows and a bifold door, we were asked to design and install a decking area to complete the look. Do you agree that the finished product looks amazing?

It has been a very busy start to the year. We were asked to remove an old outbuilding, build an extension and remove several walls to transform this property, all while battling the beast from the east. All ready to be painted. Let me know what you think? Thanks to @DavidsonElectrial (electrician) Terry(McCulloch groundworks) (drains, foundation, blockwork) Kevin(Kd plumbing and heating) (plumbing)... Dobbin&son (wet dash render) David Ritchie roofing (roof) Graham Wilson plasterwork (Ames taping, cornice)

We would like to wish everyone a happy Easter. Myself and Jamie were out this morning working in an office while woody and Hayley had a lot of fun looking for Easter eggs. The start of this year has been spent building an extension in aberdour and we are just about to start another just over the queensferry crossing. Check back soon for photos of these extensions.

We were asked to organise the installation of a bathroom. The old room felt really cold so everything was completely stripped out (walls and floor), insulated properly then plasterboarded. We were then asked if there could be some kind of lighting feature. We used a sheet of wet wall (no painting required) and drilled over 390 1mm and 1.5mm holes to accommodate the fibre optics, aswell as fitting strip lighting to illuminate the cornice. To finish this stunning bathroom off t...he shower glass was slotted into the cornice a floating sink, toilet and free standing bath were fitted, underfloor heating and Bluetooth mirror. Let me know what you think?

Hi everyone we were recently asked to manufacture some bookcases for Mr and Mrs Grandfield. After a few scale drawings of different configurations the design was finalised. We used 18mm solid pine and rebated the shelves into the sides. I think the finished design works great in the space. Let me know what you think?

Hi everyone we were recently asked to increase an opening in a house to 3m, fit anthracite grey doors and side panels. In doing so it was necessary to re-roughcast the affected area and fit a 3m platform outside. The lintel required to span the 3m opening was made up of 3 9"×2" timbers with a steel plate sandwiched between and all bolted together. The plasterboard was applied and coving replaced along the wall to match the existing. The customer has done a fantastic job of de...corating, and the doors give you a lovely view of the garden. Let me know what you think?

Another kitchen installed, this time for Mr and Mrs Myles. It really transforms the room. This kitchen is from Howdens. It's anthracite grey in colour and comes with integrated handle doors. This has been finished off with a white mirror chip effect worktop and matching splash back. Completing the look with a new dark grey laminate floor and oak doors throughout the house.

Here is a kitchen we recently completed for Mr and Mrs Johnston. I think you will all agree the design they drew up works great. With the contrast between the oak and stone worktops, the modern door style/colour and the more traditional pattern tiles. Thank you to Kevin for the plumbing work and Alan Davidson for the electrical work. Let me know what you think?
