This was a very much a BESPOKE haircut for Breagh, whose human wanted something a little different from the traditional Airedale style! We love it and think she looks beautiful!

🎶 It’s getting hot hot hot 🎶 and Mia the Labradoodle was so happy to lose her curls! Which makes me think of another tune... 🎶Isn’t she lovely?🎶 😘 #cornyjokefest

Super impressed with this one today!! First time in for her big girl cut at only 6 months. She stood amazingly and even tried to sleep on the table while getting her face done!!

Here are just a few of our four legged friends who have visited, our lovely new premises, since we opened last month! ...and how smart do they look?! 💕🐶

This afternoon we had Calvin the chow chow in😍 Calvin left feeling somewhat lighter, after a 3 hour groom today. Regular grooming for these dogs is a must, as the undercoat becomes compacted and needs blown out. This beautiful boy was amazingly well behaved and enjoyed his bath, as you can see!

So with the salon’s first week over, here are a few pictures I managed to take of some of the dogs we had in 🐶. Happy dogs and happy customers 🐶

Gigi’s was delighted to welcome Wed S1-S4 students from Art at The Grange who dropped by to see their dog portraits, which are currently on display in the salon. Rhea Bahanda, who won the ‘media’ prize is photographed beside her prizewinning portrait.
Later in the week, Niamh Macdonald, Sophia Rodriguez and Abbie Hughes also popped in to Gigi’s, with tutor Jennifer McNeil, to take a look at their winning portraits on display. Niamh was also delighted to see her work feature...d on the salon’s lovely new sign. The girls are pictured, along with their other classmates, from Fri evening class, whose incredible portraits are also on show, in the salon. The standard of everyone’s work is extremely high! Well done to Jennifer and all Wed and Fri S1-S4 students!!! 💕🐶

GIGI’S IS NOW OFFICIALLY OPEN! The new salon is a delight and our dog groomer, Alana, made sure that every dog who visited today had a pawsitive experience. Each of them looked very dif-fur-ent, when they left! Ok that’s enough of the puns! 🙄
First of the day, and our first-ever customer, was the handsome Oscar You can see him, his human and the dogs who came after him, in the photos below.
... Also, the excellent exhibition of dog portraits by the S1-S4 children who attend Art at The Grange is currently on display in the salon, which is well worth a visit!

Thank you to all of the S1-S4 students at Art at The Grange, for their wonderful efforts. Every single one of you worked so hard and all portraits will be exhibited in the salon, which opens on Tuesday 17th April.
Thanks also to tutor Jennifer for her support and guidance and The Framing Workshop for framing the work to such a high standard at short notice.👍💕

4 days until we open!! We have had a few vistors already making sure everything is ace for all the pooches coming in after the 17th🐶. The beautiful Ace and lazy Milo 🐶💜

Took my wee shih tzu Suki here for her first grooming. Can't thank Alana enough for the advice and the job she done on her. Will definitely recommend her to my family and friends. Thanks Alana x��
