At Gil we invite you to a dining experience that is centred around Scotland's rich, wealth of ingredients that are abundant in the natural larder that surrounds us from land to sea. We believe that the food our land provides should be cooked simply to enhance the wholesome flavours. Our food has a seasonal freshness and we wish to share our understanding of wild, sustainable cooking.
