Visited Tiviot Printers here and what a great venue and Tiviot were so professional and helpful, that they r now my printers of choice, as I am a artist and photographer and often need printing done. @tiviot printers

User

Very well run the staff are great the entertainment was outstanding would definitely be back gary la la was so funny.

User

Team GB are awesome! As a wheelchair user the fact the staff make sure you know where to go and show you rather than point is brilliant. Knowledgable non patronising staff make a world of difference. Lifts and access ramps through Teviot for example make the festival must more accessible! Please thank your team for all their hard work!

User

Saw Adam Kay at Gilded Balloon. He was brilliant. Really well written and performed. Verb funny and even moving insights into life as a doctor in the NHS. Bar area was great and the staff all looked like they were having a great time too.

User

One of my favourite parts of Edinburgh Fringe is any visit to the Gilded Balloon. There's the deftly programmed lineup of shows, the professional and helpful staff, the eateries and bars that offer quality noshing and quaffing, and an outdoor area featuring a good variety of food and drink choices and covered areas to shelter from the Scottish weather. Can't wait to go back again.

User

Love it here. Chilled. Good vibe and I just love the prosecco bar! From Edinburgh and love the Festival.

User

Great venue staff are all great to deal with! Can't wait to perform here with Soul Nation on The 14th Aug at 7pm

User

First time at the Fringe for me I'm embarrassed to say but I'll definitely be back via Gilded Balloon. Ticket prices were good value for money, the organisation was excellent and the artists were first class. Ray Bradshaw and Gareth Waugh are top notch comedians. οΏ½οΏ½

User

Fabulous part of the fringe . Shows are brilliant talent . The staff are friendly and very helpful.

The food is delicious.

What a lovely first time experience today loved it. Lots to see and do in a beautiful part of Edinburgh such a marvelous building too .

User

Christmas Comedy evening at the Basement Theatre, very small audience, very good evening, very BIG laughs.

User

Staff and organisation of the very hectic schedule second to none. The nightclub venue is very compact and gets very very warm after an hour.

User

Sorry to see some negative reviews. We loved this venue. Yes we didn't realise we would have to queue for shows but it wasn't a problem. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. We saw most of our shows here and loved it. Thankyou!

User

Great show, leave plenty time for getting in, wiring system is a bit of a chew but you'll work it out :)

User

Borders was a terrific show - very engaging and thoroughly moving despite the minimal approach and testament to its two performers weaving their stories together.

User

As I was there to see Ray Bradshaw show show was fantastic.

Only thing I will say is your staff should remember his audience are deaf and can't hear you shouting that the show is ready to start. Maybe have a sign or something visual for the deaf audience to see and they will know to line up.

User

Th actual location was fine the atmosphere etc was buzzing but the "Set List Live" event was terrible - late starting, but still finished at stated time ! And we personally didn't like the acts, may be the improvised theme just wasn't our thing οΏ½ but certainly not a gig we'd go to again nor recommend οΏ½

User

Nice venue but terrible crowd control, especially not telling people when they pick they're tickets up at the same venue that we would need to queue outside and letting us climb up three flights of stairs before we found this out. Also having to fight to get upstairs in the first place and being told to use other stair case which was just as bad. Needs more stewards managing the crowds when they are leaving and entering the shows.

User

They are happy to take your money, but when a show is cut after 20 mins they are not interested

User

It would help if Nick and his team were re-trained instead of refusing teetotallers admission to the Gilded Garden because they had "had a bit much to drink"....
