Building on our trunk control with this fabulous exercise using the soft ball or the small weighted ball.
Set your centre and engage deep tummy and pelvic floor, aim to keep your hips stacked. Relax your upper shoulder and arm. Squeeze ball between your ankles and slowly lift your legs from the floor maintaining the length through your waist, breathing in to prepare and exhale as your lift. 8-10 repetitions either side 😀 #pilateswithgillian #pregnancypilates #pelvicheath #citypark #betterposture #strongcore
