Terrible.
I bought a suite 10 months ago.
I was not happy when delivered with suite as felt it was of different quality of one I choose in shop.
I was assured it was same quality and imperfections would correct themslves.
I once more complained this time about middle of 3 seater couch leather was actually coming off in little bits.backs on suite were falling in at corners and back still had line and indentation
Along right side of 2 seater
Chair has corner padding collapsing in and chair is not level .
I was informed today
I have to puff up suite
It's not a floppy leather but very firm
Leather suit.
The coating rubbing of due to body oils and wrong cleaning
We only use the cleaning product they advised and supplie.
They will not replace suite but will recoat suite just to happen again.
I was told at point of sale this was leather of high quality and was even told grade of leather.which I have forgotten .
The suite seemed a lot heavier in shop too. The one we got is much lighter.
I have complained to trading standereds,wrote to rip off Britain and been in touch with papers to help,
Also put complaint on Facebook and about to on twitter.
These shops need named and shamed
For missselling goods

Bought a wardrobe on 26th December received the receipt with the correct item but wrong name and wrong address. To add insult to injury I was charged £40 for delivery only to find out today when making enquiries as to why I had not heard anything about a delivery date. I find that the sales advisor had not bothered to put the delivery order through so for a wardrobe purchased on 26th December I have had to wait 3 weeks for delivery. Very very poor customer service all round.
