Giraffe is a great wee place on South Street, Perth, selling cafe and bistro style food using locally sourced ingredients.

Not for profit company, South Street and Mill Street, Perth. Giraffe is Perth and Kinross’s first community interest company dedicated to offering employment activities to local people with mental ill-health, disabilities and other disadvantages in the workplace.

Slate Designs by Nicola will be selling her wonderful craft work at Giraffe’s annual Craft Fair on Friday 14th December in our South Street Cafe from 4.30-8.00pm. Lots of other lovely crafters will also be there on the night. Great Christmas present ideas. Hope to see you there!

Thanks to the lovely people at Perth Baptist Church that’s our first tree bought and delivered! Thanks to Rts Forestry, this tree was only cut down yesterday - forest to customer in less than 24 hours!! Can’t get fresher than that!!!

Gilbert and Georgina have been working on their Halloween Costumes all night!
Why not pop down to our South Street Cafe and join them for a delicious coffee or some lovely homemade soup? Today we have Carrot and Coriander or Sweet Potato and Coconut.
What a gem of a find. Lovely cafe, brilliant service and delicious cakes. We had a cream tea which was full of different things and excellent value. Daughter ordered soup and sandwich. Found the teacup of soup perfect size to have alongside a sandwich. Love the idea that you are supporting a good cause. Highly recommend!!
Went to the vegan evening meal last night. Absolutely super! Food was amazing, one of the best meals I have had! Staff all so friendly and helpful. Hope they have another vegan night as I would definitely return. Thank you all so much for your effort. Xx
Went to the mill Street branch for the first time. Knew it is a special cafe the moment I walked in. Very friendly,attentive staffs and lovely food. The afternoon tea is a must try!
Went along to pick a Christmas tree and was given lots of advice and help by the lovely Sarah! Tree is beautiful! Visited the shop several times where staff have always been extremely helpful and courteous! A fantastic local charity!
We needed a celebratory cake for our 15th Anniversary and we could not have made a better choice! Everything we asked for was done to the highest standard. On behalf of everyone at ADHD+ Perth a huge thank you to Steven and those involved in its creation! Yummy �
We came to Perth yesterday and were looking for a place to have lunch when we stumbled on this really cosy little cafe. The pumpkin and apple soup was absolutely delicious. The staff were very friendly and the service was quick and good. We will certainly visit this cafe next time we come to Perth.
Visited on Monday, never been here before. We had a lovely lunch, soup was delicious and yummy sandwiches. We were served by Chris who was very efficient and pleasant. Very relaxed vibe and some lovely little gifts/cards available to buy. Nice home baking, we loved the Rolo Slice! Will def be back!
This is a one of a kind place in Perth. Food was delicious, service fantastic. They employ & train young people with learning difficulties or special needs. Free water when you have your own water bottle. If you have your own Coffee container it’s filled for £2. Spotless, beautiful artwork, herb garden I could go on and on. It was just the nicest place, keep up the great work
Picked up an excellent looking Christmas tree from Giraffe this month. As good as any of the big chains with added benefit that its helping a local charity.

Lovely friendly staff. Had a fantastic sandwich. Lovely cold drink on a very hot day. Thanks guys. On a visit from Portsmouth made to feel welcome. Good luck with your lovely cafe.
Love this place! Always try to visit when we come to Perth. Good food and great ambience with lovely staff.
I had lunch here recently and enjoyed the food very much. Staff also extremely pleasant. And I bought a gift too.
Don't forget the other venue on Mill Street which I have visited more often and found equally good. Very friendly, efficient service, pleasant environment, good value, and more importantly, smashing food.
That it's social enterprise is a powerful bonus.
Had breakfast at Giraffe which was excellent. Served by very friendly staff and nothing was too much of a bother. Previously I've had lunch and it was excellent too. Love that you can buy little gifts and sometimes fresh fruit and veg. I bought plums and they are very sweet and juicy. I little gem of a place in south street

Delicious veggie terrine, quiche & beetroot salad I had ordered to collect for having friends round for lunch today...thank you chefs! Big up to Donny for helping me to my car with it all too
