Glasgow Artists' Moving Image Studios Scio

GAMIS is a new charitable organisation established in 2020 in order to develop dedicated screening facilities, workspaces and developmental support for artists working in film and time-based practices. We are currently developing plans to regenerate the historic Govanhill Picture House into an arts and community hub. Our goal is to bring specialist arts practices and community film programming together through the provision of a safe and accessible cinema and events space for all.
