Once the call was made regarding the test drive , I was made to feel very comfortable and under no pressure from the sales representative that I was dealing with . Coffee and Juice were offered and was given a couple of the specific cars I was looking at to view the different specifications on that model . A thoroughly enjoyable experience.

they offer you free vehicle check but beware that's their way of making money. I went to just to activate my car key but they said that the fuel cap was wrongly fitted and billed me for £100. I never asked to do anything!!

Having previously left a negative review of a sister branch for lying to me to generate more work.

I think it only fair to review good customer service.

Car was in for a key recoding, price was competitive, process to hand car over was seamless and professional, they moved timescale for completion forward an hour and car was ready on time.

So I would fully recommend this garage.

No pressure from salespeople. They are very informed about the cars they sell. They take you through car buying process with ease explaining everything in detail.

Requested a brochure and a chat about 4 months ago. Someone would call me back and I am still waiting on that call. Took the bull by the horns today. Went to look at a Q3 black edition dealt with the most unhelpful salesman I have ever met. The words "it's £399 or £399 we can't negotiate " must have been said about 6 times. Wasted 25 minutes of my time as he didn't even bother to ask if I wanted petrol or diesel. Very presumptuous about the cars when I asked for an ex-demo was advised this would be more expensive.. but didn't even seem bothered about telling me how much more. Poor poor customer service, I obviously wasn't going to make Ross enough commission so his attitude take this or leave it. Off to Lexus it is.

Great service! Free coffee ain't bad either!

Avoid. Took my year old R8 v10 plus for some warranty work. They didn't work on the car for several days as apparently I didn't have a booking which was nonsense, to which they later apologised for a mixup. Once attending to some issues with brakes they didn't work on them as Edinburgh Audi told them the car was worked on elsewhere, which again was incorrect and they ended up working on them in the end. 14 days later got my car back and they fitted the wrong brake pads to a 150k car. Brakes were juddering and brake pads were knocking inside the callipers. Chased them up and no apologies or replies. Took it to Perth Audi instead who were great and made me aware they fitted incorrect pads. Avoid Glasgow at all costs along with Edinburgh, who are just equally as poor

problem finding someone to book me in. arrived 10.05 left 10.45 approximately. a Bit long for a simple no frills service. however, those who did attend me did an excellent job.

What a horrific garage.

This isn't a one off review, I have had the misfortune of having to deal with this dealership on a number of occasions and they have managed to make me buy over £250k worth of BMWS!!! Over the past 3 years. Yes every time I try to buy Audi, I end up back at Douglas Parks where the sales guys are at least honest that they are just there to take your cash. And do, I've tried to give it to Audi but I'm obviously not worthy!!

I'm about to buy 2 cars, first the wife; either a loaded Q7 or XC90 and I know it will be the Volvo because I don't want to buy from Glasgow Audi. I could go elsewhere but I like having my dealer local.

The 2nd car I want a new S4 Avant, dilemma. Or do I buy the C43AMG instead to avoid the dealer?!?

So what's so bad about them:
1. Never any salespersons to talk too. I once waited nearly an hour and walked out unchallenged. Again, unworthy.
2. I asked (pleaded) for a test drive in an Auto, SE suspension Avant. I was given a used car with SLine suspension, manual and it was a saloon?!? And was then told by this lady, that I didn't know what I was talking about and they were the same car?!?!?!?
3. They tried to take a deposit from me for a car they didn't have. I even called back and the 'manager' said they couldn't do that and yes that car didn't exist.

Lexus, Jaguar, infinity, Porsche, Bmw, even Skoda treat you better. If anyone from Audi UK reads this please do something about them. I can put you in contact with many professional people like myself that don't drive Audi because of this dealer!!
