The British Red Cross is part of global voluntary network, helping people in crisis no matter who or where they are. British Red Cross on Campus groups play a vital role in the work of the British Red Cross. The groups rely on passionate students interested in helping people in crisis. Affiliated to the Red Cross we adhere to the same fundamental principles and support the Red Cross by participating in calls to action and advocating in support of the Red Cross. Thus enabling students to become more confident, willing, and able to help themselves and others in a crisis through teaching various skills because we refuse to ignore someone in crisis.
