Excellent customer service! My renewal was processed & delivered to my address hassle free in a week!

Very helpful staff and speedy service. Our chap in booth 13 did all he could to help us when we explained the circumstances. Since we could prove our imminent need he wrote an extra note. Listed as a seven day service, my passport was reported ready at the end of the first working day!

I would definitely recommend the pick up service, although it does cost an extra twenty pounds (for some reason), it allows you to go and pick up your passport a possible two days before it would be delivered.

This service was perfect for our situation, passport through the washing machine a few days before a family holiday, but these heroes ensured I would not miss one of my last family holidays!

I have never had such a bad experience with any company, photo accepted online three times and then rejected 3 times for numerous reasons that I cannot see. Waste of time having an online service that doesnt work. Wouldnt even give it a star if I didnt have to

Can't fault this service. Staff went above and beyond to help me out of the stupid situation I had got myself into. Rushed through the passport quicker than it should have gone so that we could get on holiday (only discovered 3 days before that passport had expired!). Big shout out to Donna who didn't laugh at me when I nearly started crying, showed no judgement on my stupidity and kept me calm! Reception staff were great with my kids when I went to collect. Great manner, friendly, helpful staff from entering to exiting. Fantastic office and staff!

Made an appointment and paid online for my son's passport renewal. Traveled down from Aberdeenshire. So easy to find and plenty parking outsides. Was amazed as I couldn't of got nearer to the door if I tried! Arrived at 12.45 my appointment wasn't until 2pm, lady reception told me to take a seat and within 5 mins I was called, and back in my car by 1.05pm. Staff were friendly and very helpful! Thank you! Just hope it arrives in the next 7 days!

Very helpful staff, unfortunately no wheelchair parking beside building. But staff will come and help you up the entrance ramp to get into building. No dropped kerb at bottom of road either. Good facilities at passport building which is ironic given difficulty in parking and getting up to the passport building in the first place. Once at building they have access button to open door. Once inside everything is accessible, even photo booth. Final reminder staff very helpful.

Booked an express appointment for 2pm. Parked up @ 1:30 - parked on the street right beside the offices (£1.50) sat down @ 1:35. Called up @ 1:40 - back in the car for 1:45!! Coffee in the car was still warm - result!!

Husband booked surprise holiday and Childs passport only had 5 months remaining but needed 6 months clear for the country we were visiting. Appointment 5 days before travel for new passport (Friday) received on the Monday. Staff terrific! Helpful and friendly and reassuring. Thank you so much Carol !!
