Excellent Firm top class service with a modern up to date variety of bathrooms and kitchens, the workmen also very professional and carry out a neat and tidy job!

I would definitely not recommend. I asked for a downstairs toilet and basin to be replaced by a fitted unit with new sink and integrated toilet/cistern. As part of the job we also wanted a mirror and tiles as well as a stone/marble worktop. After getting an initial quote we made a few revisions, went into the store as asked and chose the fittings (taps, new radiator etc). As they were not able to provide the stone worktop, we were directed to a local stone merchant who quoted us for this. We then waited for over a week to get a final quote with the taps, mirror etc all included so that we knew what to pay. No quote came. After chasing and chasing, we received a phone call telling us that "we have bigger jobs on and we aren't making enough profit on your job, so it's not one for us!!" All the way through the process, we were encouraged to buy cheaper materials even though we wanted a certain quality of fittings and were prepared to pay what these items would cost. We were in no way looking for a "deal or discount" and were happy to pay the full cost for the work to be done - but after almost a month of going back and forward with these people, we are now back at square one... and have had terrible service in the meantime. Not recommended and I would actively avoid.

My elderly sister had her bathroom fitted by Kitchens and bathrooms several weeks ago but it is still unfinished fitter promised to return to fit some fixtures, i.e toilet roll holder,shower tidy etc but has never returned,despite numerous phone calls to him and the kitchen and bathroom centre. She is being fobbed off with " we will call you back" , every time she calls or calls go unanswered, so beware if you plan to go with this outfit,hold back some of the cash until you are fully satisfied or you will never see them again.

first class service,fitters arrived when they said they would, very helpful, clean & tidy , would recommend

Had a bathroom fitted out went back to bare brick all new plumbing bath shower sink and pan looks amazing recommend This company to anyone and if your not happy with the work thy will fix it till your happy with it
