Good but stop trying to sell me cheap Internet every time I want to post something, it's a post office for posting stuff, not a sell me Internet shop
STAY AWAY POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE OVERCHARGE PEOPLE
What a bad experince from start to finish over charge people so they can have a higher salary, Terrible Customer service manager doesn't have a clue about anything happy for her staff to be overcharging innocent people.
Customer service makes you feel like a royalty
Would not accept parcel. Small box wrapped in a black bag and sealed properly with addressing label. Had to buy a large envelope package from them.
No other post office has refused before and ebay sellers always do this
It's probably one of the better post offices because it has Post and Go machines meaning I process the mail myself so there's won't be any mistakes, and if there are, it'll be my own fault. This branch recommended that I use Drop and Go to save myself time from using the self scan machines (they do the posting for me) but when I used the counters, on a few occasions the staff overcharged me, i.e put a letter through as a small parcel when it should've been a large letter, put first class stamps when i wanted things sent second class, so after this I wouldn't trust a third party handling my mail. Staff on the self scan machines are attentive and helpful so most of the credits from this review are for them. If they only had counter services I probably wouldn't even bother using this branch!
Had a great experience, went on Saturday to get an International Driving Permit. Greeted by a very welcoming staff at reception, subsequently attended to by a lovely lady who kept very friendly chat with my wife and I whilst preparing the Permit. Overall very helpful and friendly.
Queues can be quite bad. But self service checkout makes thing much easier.
Use this post office every week. Staff are always lovely and helpful when needed.
Queues for self-service machines. Had to wait 20 minutes to buy couple of stamps. May be due to christmas rush. But they could have prioritised the quick turn-around services to avoid extended queues running beyond the entrance.
Used this morning for the first time today young woman called Karen could not be more helpful l wish more assistants were as helpful
