my daughter got married here on saturday 23rd june paul and staff did a wonderful job it was a perfect day they did everything my daughter asked for nothing was too much trouble hotel and toilets were spotless staff were warm and friendly food was great especially the steak pie it was lovely parking was good i would recommend to anyone having a celebration to go here could i just say it was hard to get a taxi home one to two hours waiting if yous could maybe sort something out with the taxi company keep up the good work thanks

What a beautiful place this is. Lovely location. Food wonderful. Staff here cannot do enough for you. Bedroom excellent. Lots of room. Bathroom has a Jacuzzi bath. Was recommended this by our dear friends who live in the village. A marvelous Hotel. K and Steve.

Went to a wedding here on 22/08/14 and I must say the place was fantastic, the staff were always helpful and managed the whole wedding party very well between the rooms and the preparations. I would especially say thanks to Paul the manager who was always on hand to help.

I couldn't recommend this place more.

Went for a meal yesterday to celebrate my sister's birthday.....staff were excellent....so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for them....food delicious...thoroughly enjoyed by everyone...thank you!

We had our wedding here at the start of October - and I couldn’t fault a thing! Paul and the rest of his team made sure we had a perfect day from start to finish. Nothing was a bother to them, and all of our guests commented on how good the food was, and how smoothly the day ran! Paul checked in with us throughout the day making sure everything was how we wanted it, and all the staff were attentive to the guests. We then stayed here after the wedding for a few days, and again couldn’t fault anything. The room was lovely, and clean! Breakfasts were lovely too. Would recommend the Glazert to anyone whither it be for a special occasion, a getaway or just some food!

We got married here on Saturday and it was absolutely amazing. It was such good value for money and the staff were outstanding!! Felt right at home when we visited beforehand. On the lead up to the wedding, nothing was never too hard for the staff. The food is absolutely amazing - especially steak pie! ;) Everyone had good things to say about the food and day at the hotel. I honestly cannot stress enough how good this place is!! The gardens are so good for photos and lots of good seating areas for everyone. We also stayed the night of the wedding and it was a great room, really comfortable bed and felt right at home! Paul was really reasonable about the plans for our wedding day too. 100% recommend. ^_^

A superb venue and staff were on the ball whole day! Paul is excellent in running the wedding and all staff were attentive and friendly whole time!

Rooms were spotless, breakfast tasty!

My partner and I are getting married at the Glazert Hotel in August. The staff have been so lovely and helpful so far, especially Paul, Debbie, Lacey and Ross. Met with Lacey today to discuss table plans etc and she couldn't have been more helpful. Can't wait for the big day, I know the staff at the Glazert will go out of their way to make it a day to remember! Thanks guys x

Lovely room with our own door outside , perfect for the dogs .Huge TV with sky , lovely comfy bed and best of all whirlpool bath with TV ! Staff were very helpful and friendly especially the lady on reception (Debbie ?) who went out of her way to help us out with a packed early breakfast for hubby and a slightly later checkout so he could have a shower after his race today . Food in the bar was excellent and great value for money - I'd recommend the seafood linguine and freshly cooked veggie breakfast (we're pescatarian ) was also great . Would defo stay again if in area.

I just wanted to give a big thank you to all the staff at the Glazert, especially Paul, Debbie and Lacey for being fantastic! You were all so helpful and friendly both before and during our wedding! I had a brilliant day!�

I just had the most delicious lunch with my mum and wee boy. We enjoyed the lovely atmosphere (we got a seat right beside the roaring fire), and the staff were friendly and attentive. We couldn't have asked for a better dining experience!

I celebrated my 50th birthday on Saturday evening with a party for my friends and family. I cannot thank Paul Debbie and staff enough for a fabulous night!! From planning to party time we were looked after and had the best time. The staff were so attentive and welcoming! Family and friends who had never been to the hotel before could not have spoken more highly of it! So a huge thank you to all for making my evening so special!

Great hotel great food and great staff.

First visit to the restaurant and it was fab! Very friendly staff and well presented food which tasted delicious. Thank you for a lovely visit and we are looking forward to trying something different from the menu next week when we are back. Highly recommended *****

What a great place to stay, myself and my wife had a short break to visit freinds and chose this little gem. The food and atmosphere was fantastic the staff very friendly and helpful, the facilities were on par with hotel chains, i would definitely recommend this to any of my family and friends

We had a very enjoyable stay at Glazert Country House Hotel. Comfortable room and a big breakfast the next day which kept us going all day. People very friendly and helpful. Would stay again if ever in the area.

I needed a hotel at last minute for a business trip as a single traveller and this popped up at what I thought was discounted pricing based on the reviews! One room left!

My sat nav found it very easily, car parking is more than adequate, the grounds are very well kept. I arrived on a sunny evening and the outdoor seating area looked very appealing. Check in was very quick and the hosts were very friendly. I was shown to my twin room in a seperate part of the hotel so if there are parties I would never know!

Large TV (42") with Sky. Tea and coffee facilities. Clean bathroom with a Spa bath and the added bonus of a TV to watch in the bath with toiletries provided!

As a single guest it's often daunting going to a hotel bar or restaurant on my own but here I felt very relaxed, the staff were extremely welcoming and attentive. After sitting outside with a gin I went inside to have a browse of the evening meal menu. I had the best sirloin steak. I don't eat breakfast so can't comment but I will most definitely visit again.
