All Members outstanding payments are due now all NEW membership are available through the Glenburn Miners Club @ £10 for the year... but must be paid by 14th April 2019. #SUNDAYFUNDAY 😉

Glenburn MWFC were today saddened to hear of the passing of a local football legend. Papa Joe McGill has played a part in the football career of so many local players both young and old. Always with a smile on his face and banter a plenty it was a pleasure to have your game refereed by Joe. We were amazed to find out that there was no local tribute to a man that had contributed so much locally and 5 years ago we named our pre-season tournament trophy after him. We were hono...ured that Joe was able to present the trophy to the winners in its first 2 seasons before his health started to wain. We are incredibly proud that our trophy carries his name. On behalf of everyone at Glenburn MWFC we would like to send our condolences to Joes family and say thanks so much for the many fine memories that we have of one of lifes gentlemen. Thanks Joe.
