Fantastic whiskey, lovely facilities, ok tour
Skip the tour and head up to the shop and ask for a free sample. They can provide you with two tastings per person.
Excellent variety of whisky tours. Do the Warehouse 101 tour, fill up your own bottle from the cask and take it him with you!
Tour is good. Great shop and friendly people. Easy location to get to. Queen Mum's favourite whisky and given out at the Oscars goody bags.
So far the best distillery I have been. Beautiful neighbourhood, good and interesting stories... ohh, we had few insanely good drinks too.
I took an overseas friend there and we were a late for the tour. Shop staff told us we could join the tour just stared. When we attempted to do so the guide was hostile. Very poor customer service.
Very interesting tours, super easy access from Glasgow by bus (from Buchanan st station, bus 10 to Balfron from First company every hour, return fare £9,40)
Been there and worth the trip from town and worth the money. We were blessed with a great day both at the distillery and the weather we shall return weather abd work aside

Pick up a bottle of the Teapot Dram if it is still available from the shop. A rare vatted sherry cask bottling well worth the price.
