About Glenisla Beltex
Welcome to Glenisla Beltex. Our Pedigree flock was established in December 2013 by Grant Ireland and Laura Murphy and our intention is to breed a true to type Pedigree Beltex with a high quality carcase.
Beltex are a terminal sire producing good confirmation lambs which fetch a premium when sold. Grant has first hand knowledge of this as a livestock buyer with Portlethen based, McIntosh Donald.
Our flock currently consists of three gimmers and three ewes with five lambs being born in March this year. Our intention is to increase our numbers to approximately 10 select ewes.
