I am a private landlord licenced by Edinburgh City Council (Registration No: 108813 /230 /29230) & Midlothian Council (108813 /290 /16061) since 2003.
We rent fully furnished city centre rooms in shared HMO flats with other students /professionals with all bills inclusive.
All rooms come fully furnished with freshly laundered bed linen on entry as well as desk with chair.
Each property has gas central heating, electric showers, double glazing and WiFi
All properties are within short distance of The Royal Mile and Edinburgh University George Square campus and full time students make up over 90% of my clientele.
Students who are outwith Edinburgh can either have someone view room on their behalf or I can send photos and all contracts can be completed via email correspondence
Rent prices range from:
Single bed: £100. 00pw including all bills
Double bed: £110. 00pw - £130. 00pw (Depending on room dimensions) including all bills
Deposits are £150. 00 per room which can be paid in the currency of GBP or the equivalent in Euros
Minimum period I rent is 1 semester when available.
I also accept students studying at other Universities within Edinburgh district but I do not accept anyone who does not have means to support themselves without the need to claim benefits.
