Global Acts Of Unity

Global Acts of Unity is a well-established national campaign that has a good reputation with Government, Press and public. The campaign has spoken to over one hundred thousand people in total, fifty thousand students at hundreds of schools. GAU has an excellent reputation in the secondary and further education world, with many teachers and students giving glowing testimonials. The presentations are well received by the students with engagement at over 95% . A detailed study by Coventry University concluded; "The evidence presented suggests that the young people who hear his message are overwhelmingly inspired by it. "Global Acts of Unity cic. stands on four pillars; Unity, Cohesion, Tolerance and Rejection of Hatred. The aim of the campaign is to empower our youth away from acts of hatred, therefor denying fodder for the extremist radicalisers. Objectives• To undermine extremist narratives• Provide positive understanding of difference and diversity• Promote tolerance, cohesion, unity and the rejection of hate• Reach and empower young people• Deliver programmes that achieve these goals
