Recruitment and Talent ID are fast becoming one of the most important & difficult jobs within the modern game. Our aim at Global FC is to help clubs with recruitment, regardless of whether they are in the National League or the Premier League. We plan to work with clubs, in line with their budgets, to provide a service that they wouldn't possibly be able to get without employing several staff members. We aspire to assist coaching and recruitment staff with player recruitment and next opposition /Tactical scouting. In today's football, we believe that our service is key to helping clubs to save money, and replicate a service that clubs at the highest level have within their club. We aim to work with clubs to determine at what level our service would be beneficial to them. For example, at our most basic level we can provide scouting reports and squad assessments. At our highest level, we can provide our complete service where we can assist in every aspect of player ID and recruitment. We aim to provide a personal and individual service to best meet the needs of the clubs we work with.
