Global Justice Now Scotland

Global Justice Now Scotland campaigns to challenge power and injustice, campaigning on key issues such as climate change, energy, food and trade.

The Global Justice Now Scotland office was set up in 1999 to develop a specifically Scottish angle to our campaigns on global poverty.

Global Justice Now is a democratic social justice organisation working as part of a global movement to challenge the powerful and create a more just and equal world. We believe that a better world is possible: a world where our resources and decisions about how they’re used lie in the hands of the many, not the few; a world where resources are available to all, not just to those who can afford them. We mobilise people in the UK for change, and act in solidarity with those fighting injustice, particularly in the global south. In January 2015 we changed our name from World Development Movement to Global Justice Now.
