Got a great deal and excellent service. Really pleased with our new to us caravan!! Would recommend to anyone.

Not sure how helpful they would have been if I was buying a £20k caravan but the help I received when I needed a new transformer was terrible. The man serving (assumed it was the owner) wouldn't or couldn't answer my questions, just kept repeating that I wouldn't get the same transformer that my van originally had. That was fine, I didn't expect to as it is 30 years old. Wouldn't - or couldn't advise on the best transformer to replace my broken one and in the end I left without purchasing anything. I found him very rude and incredibly unhelpful. On a positive note, I had popped in before and been served by a very nice lady.
