Spoke to Craig, an got all information need and was very helpful, that much that get my friend to buy this tent / all equipment as well ,checked all over to try get a hold of a shop that I would b able to get hot tent,! Finally am getting a high spec tepee, they do OK not !! Sell cheap cheerfully! This is a quilety equipment STORE!!! , But their prices are worth what you pay for! Excellent customer service! I expected my faulty boots to be sent back to manufacturer to be checked, and I'd have to wait for a report from them! When I arrived at the store, having driven from The Borders, my boots were immediately replaced...no quibble, no fuss! Left the store a happy man!
