Well that's us back into Southampton, after a fantastic weekend with Cunard ! We will be back in the shop as normal tomorrow :) .. Special thanks to Graham! We had a great voyage :)

Just a little note to advise the shop will be closed from tomorrow and over the weekend. We are lucky enough to have a visit on Cunard - Queen Victoria, so will not be here (All for the greater good to pass on even more knowledge to all our wonderful clients :) ). We are flying back from Southampton on Monday, although it may be a little late to open the shop, so back to normal on Tuesday morning. We have booked 5 cruises with Bryan, he is brilliant . He will always price match... usually with better hotels and transfers than the other leading cruise operators.

I would truthfully not book a cruise with anyone else. If I could give him 10 stars I would!

We had particular requirements we had to have and Matt went out of his way and made sure we got everything we needed and still beat everyone with price and they didn't just take our booking and that's it. They was always helpful with questions we had and always had time for us. Would highly recommend using them to book a cruise. More of a personal friendly service from these guys. The whole family had an awesome holiday.

Wallace and Mackay will be my first stop for my next vacation or cruise suggestions. I went to see if they could come up with a suggestion for a lengthy trip to Australia and visit to Singapore on the way back. Not only was the itinerary exactly as I had suggested it was also the best price given from the five travel agents I had visited. This with the attention to detail, such as private pick up from airport to hotel and return as part of package convinced me that I had made correct choice in choosing GoCruise with Wallace and Mackay.
