Gold & Diamond Exchange

I had two items of gold to sell, so after being to a few places, I tried the Gold and Diamond Exchange. Finlay was very courteous, charming and professional - and most importantly, he offered me more than the other buyers that I had approached beforehand.

I took 3 gold rings and a necklace in, not feeling very optimistic based on experiences with other jewelers, but was extremely impressed with the outstanding customer service I received. This was an emotional transaction but I was dealt with in a highly professional and caring way. I was given what I considered to be an excellent price for the pieces and was even able to take away one of the stones which was cut out then and there. I have already recommended Finlay to my aunt and will continue to recommend him as his good old-fashioned service is something of a rarity these days. Thank you Finlay!

I took a mixture of old unwanted jewellery pieces to be valued.Some of which I knew had value but some had no hallmarks or markings of any sort and Finlay identified which pieces were 9ct, 18ct and gold plate for me. He gave me what I feel was a very fair price for the 9ct and 18ct pieces. Knowledgeable and amusing!

Visited Finlay today with some gold and silver jewellery. He was extremely professional, very knowledgable and assessed everything I had taken in. Got a good price for all the items and would highly recommend him to anyone thinking of getting rid of gold/silver they no longer want. 5 star service!
