These delicious recipes have you looking forward to your lunch! Load your bowl up with plenty colour to give yourself a variety of nutrients.
I, myself find it easier to eat salads in the summer and this weeks weather has definitely kick started that extra push to work hard for the summer holidays! вШАпЄПвШАпЄПвШАпЄП

1пЄПвГ£ Prepare in advance ...less likely to opt for something less healthy if its already there made up for you!
2пЄПвГ£ Keep them varied with PLENTY of flavour.
3пЄПвГ£ Watch out for high calorie additions, avocado, olive oil and nuts!
4пЄПвГ£ Ditch the boring salad dressings ... and opt for punchy popular brand name Peri Peri Sauces (rhymes with Mandos). Check the calories but most of these are extremely low and full of flavour!

We believe physical activity and exercise helps to maintain and improve wellbeing in a number of ways. Physical activity is thought to cause chemical changes in the brain, which can help to POSITIVELY change our mood.
IвАЩm sure many of our members will vouch for this, could be as simple as having a bad day at work which has become a distant memory after letting off some steam in the gym.

TRY A TRI This fabulous relay triathlon has turned in to a regular event for us at GHF and once again, providing there is interest, we can do it again!
If you would like to take part just check out the details and post here, drop me a message or speak to one of the GHF trainers.
... We will create teams from whoever shows interest and can accommodate those that want to be in a particular team (with friends, all male, all female, mixed etc)
The day normally involves breakfast, the event with lots of support then food and a few beers - a true GHF family occasion.

With the success of our Small Group Personal Training we have now added an ADDITIONAL block. These will run a Wednesday evening at 5.30pm and a Saturday morning at 11am.
With our Small Group PT Package, not only do you receive 2 x PT Sessions (1 to 4 persons) per week you also receive a complimentary Bronze Membership. This allows you to attend up to 4 of our Group Sessions per month. These are capped at a maxi...mum of 12 people to ensure that each and every clients is looked after. Suitable for all fitness levels ... from complete beginner to competing athletes.
If any of our members would like to add this to their current package, please do not hesitate to speak to one of the trainers.
