Chef Garry is delighted to support the Springboard Future Chef competition where he judged the Angus and Dundee heat. The competition is open to all school pupils between the age of 12-16 years old. Garry was so impressed with the skills of the winner Dylan Robertson from Montrose Academy that he has taken Dylan under his wing to mentor him for the next heat, the Scottish final which is to be held in Inverness on 13th February. Dylan is currently working with Garry practicing a restaurant standard Main Course and Dessert to be prepared along with other the national finalists.
