Gourmet Full House

Absolutely shocking. Was told it would be delivered in 45 mins and how much it would cost. Over one hour later order still hadn't arrived. Phoned to ask what was happening. After asking our address I was told it was on its way and wouldn't be long. Half an hour later I had to phone again only to be told there was no order for this address. Well I find that very odd considering you told me a price, and a second delivery time. Where has the order gone to then???!!! Won't be using again.

Time for takeaway being ready was incorrect. Had to wait an extra 10 minutes or so. Food was decnet enough

Absolutely shocking service. Placed an order via Just Eat at 7.15pm. Delivery was initially meant to be 8.00, then they added 30 minutes on. To receive a call at 8.40pm telling me my order is cancelled because of a staff shortage. Complete joke. Unless there was a mass exodus of staff at the one time, then surely you were well aware of this issue. If you're unable to fulfil people's orders, you shouldn't take them. Losing money from closing for one night is a lot better from business than being an absolute riot and ruining your reputation- that has long term effects. Will never order from again.

Took 30 mins to make a chicken curry when it wasnt busy as we went to store. Partner said the meal was average nothing to scream about. No one is at the counter for longer than 3 mins. There is a bell for attention but atill took over 5 mins to come to the desk. When the woman came to the desk she had her mouth full chewing with her mouth open.
Inside is average cleaning standards but the posters which are tapped to the window was full of dead bugs which put me off

Had 2 or 3 takeaways now and they have all been hot, fresh and tasty. The best Chinese we have found in the area.

Awful - late arrival, food was barely even warm and not fully cooked through. To make matters worse, when the driver finally rang the buzzer and we said we would come downstairs to collect the food as the buzzer wasn't working properly - we get there to find the driver has gone and has left food just lying on the floor. Tried to call the shop however they had closed conveniently before the order had arrived. Never using them again! Asbolutely shocking!!!

I used to work as a chef and I can honestly truely say that was disgusting , I know they chips were last night reheated or they were cooked hours ago and reheated , didn't eat the rest as I didn't hold out much hope for the rest , so so sad as that was my first time using them .. I have 3 dogs and without a word of a lie or an exaggeration, not even it enough to feed to them , whole lot in the bin Never again !!
