Grange Road Post Office

So rude!!! I was told off for interrupting a man who'd just started counting money (can't wait for a customer) and the other man serving rudely demanded 10p after mumbling the price in a completely incomprehensible way. Just so rude.

The foreign sounding girl was very rude at the post office counter, awful customer service. I have been a customer at this post office for the past 10 years and after 2 rude experiences from this girl the business has lost my loyalty and I will not be returning. When I wanted to post a simple package she listed out the options for posting. I paused to think and she said 'have I confused you?' in a rude tone and with a smirk. I said no and made my posting choice. Second encounter was that I was posting 2 packages. I was in a hurry to do so and moved my hand towards the card machine when she mentioned the payment amount. She commanded at me that 'I have not processed the order yet'. She repeated it louder and ruder. Then at the end of the order when I was about to leave, she started a discussion about my hair, even though she could tell I was in a hurry and she had 2 more customers waiting. Very unprofessional.

Very rude staff with insufficient level of English to even sell a post stamp.

Always friendly, communicative staff. Been here a lot over the last year and all of the staff members are great. Can't recommend highly enough.
