Grangemouth Post Office

Male member of staff was very helpful as we tried to renew our drivers licence. Computers were down but he spent about 20 minutes trying to get it all sorted before having to phone an engineer. He then took our contact details and phoned us later in the day to say everything was back up and running - really went above and beyond with his customer service.

Only been to this post office a couple of times but i found Ashleigh and Allan who are behind the counter are a good laugh and very helpful.

One of the staff,older women,blonde hair is the rudest ive every incountered and for that i will NEVER be back..........

Only 1 star because you cant put a half or no stars at all!
Staff don't know the rules on what is classed as restricted and prohibited items. After pointing out on their OWN LIST that what I was sending was restricted and NOT prohibited I was asked to leave the premises. Disgusting!
For all the good it will do, I have made a formal complaint.
