We took the twins here for a long weekend and they really enjoyed it. There is swimming, arcades, crazy golf, night entertainment and a lovely beach. I think if we had stayed longer than a week then we would of struggled for more things to do but it's perfect for a long weekend or a week

Had an amazing time. Will definitely be back. Gorgeous weather for September, we were very lucky. Amazing value for money.

Excellent caravan park, big pitches & toilets kept clean with hot water 24hrs a day. Entertainment staff are fantastic, really enjoy their job which comes across. Excellent for dog lovers & walks along the beach. Highly recommend.

Brilliant place for a quiet get away with the kids. Lucky enough to have a caravan right on the beach front so great views. Not a huge campsite so don't expect masses of entertainment but there is enough to keep kids occupied for a few days to a week.

Pretty to hard to fault.. Stunning beach on your doorstep, Tidy caravan, well kept grounds, if your after a relaxing get away from it all, this is the place. lovely Dornoch nearby, Only criticism would be there needs to be more lighting at night, many of the lights on our seafront road were out.

Stayed here on a Sun paper deal so we weren't expecting much but we were so impressed with the quality we're looking forward to going back.
New caravan with all the creature comforts you need and stunning sea views.
All the staff were very helpful and friendly as were the locals in the village.

The family loved our time here. Right next to the beach so the kids could play on the sand. The caravan was clean 3 bed rooms, 2 rooms with 2 single beds in each for children and 1 room with double bed. All the on site play areas, shop and wash areas for campers looked clean and the kids enjoyed the park.

Grannies Heilan Hame has a lot to be pleased with. The location is stunning and the beach is perfect for quiet nights under the stars. I found most of the staff to be pleasant and will be returning at some point without a doubt.. Negatives are few and far between however, when I arrived there seems to have been a communication issue as I pitched my tent where I had been instructed to do so The next day a caravan pulled up as they had been instructed to pitch there one visit to reception sorted that, or so I thought, next day another couple pulled up saying that they had been given the same slot. Yet another visit to reception and that got sorted but twice kind of left a bad taste in our mouths. Speaking of bad tastes the Chip-shop leaves a lot to be desired as it looks like the use oven chips in their fryer and they just oozed with grease. I blame this for my sons many visits to the toilet during the night and spoiling one of his days there. To have a sign on a disabled toilet stating a deposit of £10.00 was required for the key cannot be right as a Health and Safety Practitioner I couldn't think of a worse thing to say to any disabled person when able bodied were not required to pay any deposit.
I have to mention your maintenance guy Mark who became our holiday hero. I asked him if he could pop down and help start my car when he turned up and found out I had a spare battery he took the time to help me install it with a smile on his face. A few issues easily resolved could have moved this review to 5 stars. Communication Communication Communication

Great place for the family and access to a beautiful beach. There is plenty of entertainment going on and there is lots to do. Also, away from the site there is plenty to see - Dunrobin Castle is close by and there are lots of great places to eat out. The only issue we had is that if you are put in a static caravan close to the main office/bar/entertainment block, you will be kept awake all night with the noise of the entertainment as the volume is constantly cranked up throughout the night and some kids are roaming about between these statics at midnight yelling and screaming.

A fantastic place to stay if you are on tour of the higher parts of the highlands. Great beaches, A bar, restaurant, arcade, swimming pool, sauna, A great place to take kids with kids entertainment day and night (useful in bad weather). Good food (but book the restaurant early not very big).

Only giving a three for location and scenery, great for the kids but the caravan we had rented left a lot to be desired, filthy slime in the kettle, dead insects in the toilet and dog hair everywhere. Pity as my children loved it but it was let down by hygiene.
They did refund an amount due to our complaint.
