I have always been sports orientated, right from primary school playing football, basketball & rugby during my school years! After leaving school i got more and more into training in the gym , as i remained playing football, then after an operation on my knee finished my football career i got into training and eating in a big way! ! Since 2001, i have competed at amateur level in bodybuilding shows with most of my placings being in the top 3 ! I decided to further my love for the gym and training by gaining my level 2 & 3 in gym instructing and personal training and also gained certificates to teach spin, gym based boxing& circuit training with an additional nutritional advisers certificate too ! These qualifications along with my vast experience in the gym and sports are my anchor! anyone choosing to use my services for whatever reason they have too, i can guarantee, will not be disappointed ! !
