Top marks to Grassicks. Rear air suspension failed on my X5 on Friday afternoon. Although being busy (and Friday) they listened to my plea to stay mobile over the weekend and sourced and replaced the faulty parts. Had to wait a while but that was expected considering the situation. Car was washed and they sent me on my way a happy driver.

Great service both in sales and also service - cant recommend highly enough. I purchase two cars from Grassick's (second hand Z4 and a new 2 series Grand Tourer).

The salesman (David) was excellent and very professional. He made us feel that we were valued customers and kept us closely informed of the progress throughout the ordering and delivery of the vehicles.

Subsequently I have used the service department a couple of times for some minor work and servicing on the Z4 and my main contact there (Stuart) has also been exceptional. He even sent me a personalise video when the car was on the ramp showing that the brakes, exhaust, tyres etc were all up to standard.

Overall I have been incredibly impressed with Grassicks I would not hesitate to either recommend or to use them again.

Called service department to ask if they could have a quick look at my bmw x5 due to a faulty sunroof. Was advised they were short of technicians due to holiday commitments. However they still managed to fit me in for a technician to re set sunroof and asked me to monitor this issue. Great customer service. Re assuring that the service advisor new what he was talking about. Will use this dealership for all service and repairs in the future. Well done. Restored a little faith in bmw. Had used a kirkcaldy bmw before it was a joke.
