We went to the disability session for the first time this morning and I am so impressed! The staff were lovely, especially the girl who served us at the front desk. Very thoughtful and kind. I am so impressed that you run these sessions, even during the holidays, and at great times across the week. So often we find disability sessions at really early times, or businesses have let the general public in because it isn't busy enough for them. The point is it needs to be quiet to enable kids with difficulties to go! My son would never manage to go at another time. So thank you so much, for turning the music way down, and turning off the flashing lights, and not filling your trampoline centre up at these times. We think you're fab!

User

Visited here for the first time today and my 3 year old had a brilliant time! We turned up a little late for the parent and toddler session as we werenвҖҷt aware it started bang on 10am for an hour only. The staff were great and let my daughter stay on for an extra half hour as there was nobody booked for the next session so we got our hour of trampolining рҹҳҠ We will definitely be back for a visit sometime soon. Thanks.

User

Thank you to Connor and Ashley for spending time with Luca before his jump session today. You made a potentially stressful situation much better for us all! The staff are all lovely here, I have no idea how they keep smiling through all the noise and chaos! Keep up the good work. P.s. I thought the coffee was lovely!

User

Purchased a summer pass for my daughter, been twice already. Today she used the climbing walls for the first time. No other climbers so had one2one tuition from the lovely female instructor. She was encouraging and full of positive comments to my slightly nervous 7 yr old. Had a great time.

User

My daughter Lilly had her birthday party at Gravity. Our host Andrew was fab with her and her friend's. Really made my daughter's birthday special. As did other staff. Thanks again! Would definitely recommend birthdays here.

User

Kids love it here. Staff are friendly, one hour is more than enough!!! Not been on myself but might just try it. When my daughter wears the fitbit, she clocks 7000 steps so good for a work out? Lol

User

I took my 3 year old Autistic daughter to the parent and toddler session yesterday and she absolutely loved it! The place is lovely and clean with lots to do and the staff are very friendly and helpful and were playing and interacting with all The children.

The toddler session is great value for money at ВЈ5 for both of us.

It was lots of fun so much so that my daughter didn't want to leave! Lucky for us the disability session was on after the toddler session so we paid for another hour and my daughter had a great morning!

Also my 14 year old son has visited with his friends over the summer holidays and they all loved it too!

We will definitely be back!

User

I bought the summer pass and so far been three times. It's a fab idea and well worth the money. The staff and the manager are lovely and my kids love the place! A few suggestions: maybe you can put music videos or cartoons etc on the screen in the warming up zone in-between the briefing video for the kids to watch as they get restless waiting for their time to go on? Also maybe you could have more snacks especially healthier ones as there are only giant lolly pops at the desk which most parents will not buy to be honest.

User

Hi I was in your park on Saturday with my children and one of my children started to have anxiety with loads of people being about . I spoke with a girl called Maeve who took the time to come and speak to my 6 year old boy and when she came she put his mind to rest and said to him to come back at a quieter time so he could get use to it . I would like to say thankyou for your excellent service that your staff give and would like you to tell Maeve that max says thankyou very much .

User

Had a great time very relaxing for adults, And a great place for the kids to spend lots of energy would certainly recommend Gravity for both kids and adults.

User

Great day out, lots of different activities, well supervised. We will be back.

User

Gravity is amazing for all ages myself (30) had a ball and is very fun with the disco lights and the kids had an amazing day will defo be back again

User

Kids had a great time but we were unimpressed by the lack of seating for adults in the cafГ© area. Toilets were clean but the state of the art Dyson taps/dryer were hard to use. There were only 3 cubicles which were not enough considering how busy it is. Reception area so loud and couldnt really hear what was being said. Never asked if we had been before so after getting our bands we were unsure what we were meant to be doing. Overall great for kids but far too busy.

User

Good in concept and staff very friendly. But space theme poor with just some inflatable light sabers, footballs and few dress up costumes. Not at all as seemed on the advert. Plus I am all for music but probably to loud for little kids plus was hard to hear the staff sometimes

User

Just been to Gravity for our first experience as it was my 2nd child's birthday treat. In total I had 8 kids and 2 adults (4 kids are my own). Straight off that meant I needed socks for each person (2 of them already had socks) so that is ВЈ2 a pair. We also walked in instead of booking so that cost us ВЈ2 more than if we had prebooked. It cost us ВЈ13.95 each. Which is a complete rip off considering DinoM8 at Airdie gives you 2 hours soft play & 1 hour in gravit8 (their trampoline park) for ВЈ8.95 per child! I also had 2 children under 3 who couldn't really enjoy the park as much as the older ones so I feel this was even worse that I had to pay the same amount for them! I also spent a further ВЈ20 on 8 slush puppies which was outrageous. All in all I could of had 3 trips to the zoo, or soft play, a day out to Dundee Olympia, or a trip round primark with about 40 bags full for what I paid today. In short it's an absolute rip off and I won't be going again. The health and safety is shaudy - they were installing glass panelling on the only staircase in the place while customers were still using the staircase, the rules are mostly needed however some are extremely impractical - 1 person to a trampoline is very good but when the child is under 2 and can't jump themselves is a bit extreme!! Also we had an adult to child ratio but we were not with our children at all times so this confused me? Why is that even in place?

User

Firstly we were stuck waiting outside in cold which was not great. When we finally got in we were not made aware we had to go log in at waiver station so after standing queue we then had to wait al over again. Didn't hear any of safety DVD because the music was so loud. We then couldn't hear the instructor as mic was not working made worse by fact was hard to see him because of disco lights. Think it could be really good but need to get things running more smoothly.

User

Went to gravity yesterday and was a waste of time and money. Really wasnвҖҷt happy.

Firstly the prices were Shocking. ВЈ10pp for a hour plus ВЈ2 or whatever it is for socks. This is not worth paying for what you get. Aside from that if you have a younger child that might need a little help once in a while you need to pay full price for yourself before you can get on. Why would you pay full price to stand around most of the time...

Secondly there wasnвҖҷt enough seats in the cafe for the amount of people that were in. There was a party at the same time which took up most the space. You would think there would be a party room for them!

The staff just seemed disinterested in the kids. Seemed to want to laugh and joke around between themselves more. Also telling folk of for pointless things like not running. ItвҖҷs a bunch of kids having fun in a trampoline park what else do you expect them to do.....

Finally they have stopped the slush puppy free refills. So every time you buy one itвҖҷs a fiver for a small skinny thing. I was pleased with the guy serving in the cafe only good thing to come out of it. He Offered us our free refills and buying 3 at a time I was greatful.

User

Ticket prices are way too high for what you get. Didn't realise that toddlers would have to pay the full adult price. Also there is a complete lack of seating for grown ups to relax.

To be honest I found the staff quite rude and unhelpful. It was my first time here and will not be going back. Anyone want Gravity socks. I was forced to pay ВЈ7 on top of their entry prices for these socks and wont be using them.

User

So disappointed. We saw your flying saying ВЈ5 for toddler and adult, just walk in. So went along, was told at 11.05 that it was after the time so it would be full price. We paid ВЈ53 for 2 adults and 2 three year olds. This is a disgrace, when asked about child prices they said there wasn't any. No child admission prices. No where I have ever been has been with my son this expensive for 1 hour. But it wasn't an hour by the time we got the kids ready we only had 45 mins, and we're kicked out promptly at 12.

I have attached you flyer for you to see it states NO time.

Also been to other trampoline parks (Flip out) which were much bigger and much more for younger kids to do. And obviously much cheaper too as ВЈ5 for adult and toddler sessions we actually only ВЈ5.

Overall one of the most expensive days out with my son.

User

Finally they have stopped the slush puppy free refills. So every time you buy one itвҖҷs a fiver for a small skinny thing. I was pleased with the guy serving in the cafe only good thing to come out of it. He Offered us our free refills and buying 3 at a time I was greatful.
